Research & Insights
User research and data analysis with home buyers and agents revealed a key user need, expressed as a Job Story.
- When I have done some background work and feel ready to buy my first home, I want to get expert help so I make the best choice for my family.
The app is currently live, and has shipped four versions of updates. Our key metric, "hand-raisers" (people who ask to talk to an agent) defined the feature roadmap, and we recently launched in-app chat to connect potential buyers to agents quickly.
